1) Guaranteed 48 Hour UK delivery available (Monday-Friday) for orders placed before 1.00pm.
2) We use either Courier or Royal Mail Special Delivery for 48 Hour deliveries. (signature required)
3) No Guaranteed 48 Hour UK deliveries are processed on Saturday or Sunday as the distribution department is closed. These will be dispatched on Monday

3) Guaranteed Next Day UK Delivery (inc Saturday): 9.50 GBP
1) Guaranteed next working day UK delivery (including Friday orders for Saturday delivery) is available for orders placed BEFORE 1.00 PM Monday - Friday.
2) We will do our best to process orders received online AFTER THE 1pm DEADLINE, BUT NO LATER THAN 3PM. NOTE : WE CANNOT GUARANTEE THIS and it is advisable to phone us on 01395 446 447 to check whether this can be done.
3) We use Couriers and Royal Mail Special Delivery for next day orders.(signature required) These are guaranteed to be delivered before 1pm the next day, Monday - Saturday only and a signature is required on receipt.
4) SATURDAY DELIVERY is available for orders placed on Friday before 1pm. For this we use the Royal Mail Special Delivery service for delivery by 1pm on Saturday. This service is available for residential addresses only and not Business addresses. A signature is required on receipt.
5) No Guaranteed Next Day deliveries can be processed on Saturday or Sunday for Monday delivery as the distribution department is closed. These will be dispatched on Monday for Tuesday delivery.

4) Overseas Delivery (From 9.50 GBP)
1) For our overseas deliveries, we use Royal Mail International "Signed For" Air Mail delivery for small orders (normally 1 or 2 items) and "ParcelForce" Courier delivery for larger orders or bulkier items.
2) Our STANDARD international delivery charge is 9.50 GBP (usually for 1 or 2 small items - for larger orders, see below)
3) Delivery AIM by standard Int "signed for" to Europe is 5-7 working days. Other destinations 7-10 working days. This is a TARGET only as overseas deliveries CANNOT be guaranteed. When the parcel has arrived in the country of destination it is passed to the incumbent postal service to deliver. A signature will be required upon receipt.
4) Most orders will not incur additional shipping charges, but where they do for reasons of size, weight and/or destination you will be provided with a written quotation of the additional cost. We will request written confirmation that the additional cost is acceptable before charging to your card & posting your order. Parcelforce courier delivery to Europe is guaranteed within 5 working days. Outside Europe is 5-7 working days
We accept School orders. Please send your orders on headed paper with official order number (if applicable) and goods will be sent with an Invoice. You may fax the order. Our fax number is 01395 446 533.
If you wish to cancel your order after having received delivery and obtain a full or part refund you can do, for whatever reason, within 7 days after the date of delivery.For a full or part refund please contact us within 10 days after delivery. A full refund or credit will also be given for faulty or damaged goods if they are returned within 14 days, subject to prior notification and approval.
Please note we are unable to accept the cost of sending us back returns where the goods have been incorrectly ordered.
Where deliveries of goods have been attempted by Courier (UK Mail; Parcelforce)and have not been completed due to no recipient being available, the goods will be taken back to the depot for re-delivery the following day. However, if the re-delivery also fails due to the same reason, and the goods are eventually returned to sender due to their non-collection by intended recipient, the return charge of £12.99 incurred by A2Z KIDS as a result will be deducted from the final customer refund (if the goods are no longer required). If the goods are still required then, the costs of returning the goods to A2Z KIDS will be added to the re-delivery costs when they are dispatched again. T

We accept all major credit and debit cards, cheques and Postal Orders. Where payment is by cheque goods will only be despatched after the cheque has cleared. Please note that goods will only be dispatched once full payment has been received.
Must be notified within 48 hours of receipt of delivery for claims to be considered.
We accept orders for BFPO addresses.
